Nothing changed till adams is fired exactly like I said the day after he was hired. Fire adams he is incompetent and doesn't even have a basic understanding of the game. 4 Quote

I think Jersey is a good team. I think the Sabres will play better. The season is in diapers. They will figure it out. Dahlin is my only concern. He looked gassed and he wasn’t even trying. Quote

You understand the problem is the guy who hired Adams and who is never going to fire him as long as he owns the team right? Quote

You'll be happy he's gone and you can look for another whipping boy. Overreaction. Not saying he’s a bad player just not a first liner. First liners to me improvise and have high offensive IQ. He is often disengaged in finding open ice or anticipating how the play would/could develop. His big wide circles I mentioned keep him moving to react instead of knowing where to go to generate offense. He needs the structure I think comes more with a middle six role. Quote

Tuch would be a top-6 player on every team in the NHL, I think. There are lots of contending teams that don’t have two wingers who are obviously first-line forwards. I would say our issue is that we don’t have any player who is an obvious first line forward and that 4 of our top 6 forwards are still in the stage of their career where they are not yet fully formed as NHL players (I know Cozens is going into year 5 and is approaching 300 games played; he is still 3-5 years from being at the top of his career arc as a complete player though). He’s always up for the Moments but he’s not a guy who’s seemingly giving his best day in and day out. He’s always struck me as the guy who “always finds the camera” Agree. Nothing seemingly to my eye, though. Probably watched Tuch on tv play more than half his nearly 200 games as a Sabre. 82 games is a grueling schedule and even the best players pace themselves. The best players play hard as the rule, not the exception. Don’t see that attribute in Tuch. Depends on the game, the shift, and the score. For a guy so excited to return to the area of his youth and a player embraced by fans and the press, his on ice effort has dropped off. No doubt he was disappointed not getting the C, but that was never in the cards given his impact in 2+ years here and Dahlin’s pedigree and All-Pro status. Appreciate mine is not a popular opinion. In this pivotal year for the franchise, Tuch and the other vets need to be present every game. Same goes for Adams. They all need to deliver this season. 1 Quote

Maybe. But this would a real change in Terry's MO. Just wondering how you came to this conclusion. Quote

This franchise is an embarrassment. It's on autopilot without any direction, content on just the fact that exists. What? I'm guessing you really don't follow football? the guy that has had McCarthy as his coach for the past 4 years without a sniff of the Super Bowl not to mention Garrett for 10 years prior Quote
