I don’t think Lindy understands the urgency this franchise needs positive results.  If the team looks like this 5 games into the season, they’ll lose the dental floss thin grasp that most fans have for hope on the season.

I guess I don’t get NHL network, and I did last year.    Time to revisit this cable contract and look at options.

I think he does. He’s just a second rate coach, especially in 2024.

Not disappointing, if you could see this, it’s “disturbing” just how non competitive they are.

Looks close, doesn't it? Yet it feels like we've been totally dominated. Realistically, any of us expecting an immediate change in culture/results were bound to be disappointed. Patience is probably needed, but justifiably, that's on short supply.

 

3rd period these guys need to come out with their hair on fire and actually show some signs of life. Come home 0-2 and it will be the same dead, disinterested 5000 people at KBC. They built a little bit of excitement bringing Lindy back (I wasn't overwhelmed with the move), but if we don't see actual progress, nobody's gonna give a frog's fat ass.

I took a half day to enjoy my favorite sports team.  I sacrificed a ton of work for what exactly?  To feel the same way I feel about the rest of my life.  Ending it would be better than facing the actual problems I have?  Like why do I even bother.
