mjd1001 Posted July 26 Report Posted July 26 (edited) A bit off topic from the roster/player discussion we have been having, but thought it was interesting: Every NHL Mascot Completely Re-Imagined by AI (msn.com) https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nhl/every-nhl-mascot-completely-re-imagined-by-ai/ss-BB1qCKty?ocid=msedgntp&pc=LCTS&cvid=17cd2a9191ef4f93af775aaa52afac5c&ei=15 Edited July 26 by mjd1001 Quote

We do have drones that can self assess threats and data link the information back to command and control, but they are allowed to strike when they are "authorized" to strike by a person in the loop. I think you are saying the person in the loop can increases the level of autonomy and enable the drone to decide, and that is certainly possible. Beyond that, you make a case for AI seeing us as the threat and going rogue. I guess anything can happen? Quote
