LGR4GM Posted October 24 Author Report Posted October 24 https://www.nhl.com/news/nhl-central-scouting-preliminary-players-to-watch-list 24 players got A grades for this draft (that means a first round grade) which is pretty good. Lots of high end talent at the top of this thing. Quote
LGR4GM Posted October 24 Author Report Posted October 24 Also, Buffalo has to draft Maxim Agafonov just cuz Afinogenov is so close to that. 1 Quote

I'm gonna be honest, I'd draft Martone (6'3") or Misa (6'1") over Hagens (5'10") if I'm Buffalo. McQueen (6'5") is currently injured I think, but I don't love him, there's a lack of the dynamics I see in his play. 1 Quote
bunomatic Posted November 3 Report Posted November 3 I figured I’d better come here to familiarize myself with some of these kids considering the dreadful results we’re seeing on the big club. Quote

A bunch of good and big forwards with physicality. A couple big physical rhd that are probably solid #2 defenders. 1James Hagens (C) NCAA 2Roger McQueen (F) WHL 3Michael Misa (C/LW) OHL 4Matthew Schaefer (D) OHL 5Porter Martone (RW) OHL 6Malcolm Spence (LW) OHL 7Jackson Smith (D) WHL 8Victor Eklund (LW) HockeyAllsvenskan 9Lynden Lakovic (F) 1 Quote
LGR4GM Posted November 5 Author Report Posted November 5 Martone: 2.29ppg, 1.14gpg Misa: 1.87ppg, 1.2gpg Schmidt: 1.8ppg, 1.13gpg Desnoyers: 1.69ppg, 0.85gpg Bear: 1.69ppg, 0.88gpg Hagens: 1.67ppg, 0.17gpg These are the leading ppg players thus far. I also added goals per game. I understand that Hagens is in the NCAA so that is difficult but his 1g in 6 games gives me pause. Quote
LGR4GM Posted Saturday at 11:11 PM Author Report Posted Saturday at 11:11 PM Hagens is currently only shooting at 4% in the NCAA. Misa just hit 40pts in 20 games. Regardless of Hagens current shooting woes, Misa has a far better release. Quote
