How much easier is life when you have legitimate NHL stars for well over a decade on the first line that pushes all the wannabes down to the second line? Life is much harder trying to punch above your weight class. 3
Taro T
Comrie back to the Jets for IIRC the 4th time. Don't know where he'll go after that, but he'll be back in Winnipeg again after that. His nickname should be Boomer (as in short for Boomerang). Either that or Keith (as in Tkachuk).

Flashsabre
If Pinto is traded my prediction is out west to Minnesota for Rossi. Word is Minny want a bigger centre and Rossi was a star in Ottawa for the 67s.

Maybe the Sabres need to model the Bruins instead of attempting to point and laugh. This is what an organization thst refuses to accept losing looks like. Taro T
So far, the Canes 3 additions: Carrier, Robinson, & Jost. Tulsky sure loves him some Sabres 4th liners. How long until Girgensons signs. 😉

Lots of great players, the big question is will they be able to stay on the ice. Only one skater under age of 25 right now. OMG—I looked at Cap-friendly, and the team is averaging 30 years of age!!! If you have two of the best NHL players on your first line for a dozen years, it makes filling out the rest of your roster a hell of a lot easier. What does this team look like if you push our first line down to our second line and insert a decade long partnership of two of the best forwards in the NHL? Boston was 2 points from winning conference even after losing the players they did. Not sure what your point is.

MISabresFan
The Pens signed six players for 4 million today. I wonder how the fan base is doing?

I'd guess 6.5, not that a million is a huge difference. As for Peterka, if he has another meteoric season it's completely possible.

Quinn is and has been better than Peterka, even last year.
