Between your avatar and that quote......you deserve some sort of an award.  🏆

As long as it's not one of those, participation trophies 😃

Thanks, M8

Considering we've entered the part of the day that we're signing guys for the Amerks, am getting to the schadenfreude stage of the show.

The Eulers lost Foegele to the team they face seemingly every year in the 1st round and may be bringing in Jeff Skinner.  Yeah, that was their problem, too many 2 way guys & not enough offence.

These are Lindy’s targets not Adam’s let’s set the record straight

Uhm, where do you have proof that these aren't Adams type of targets.  Adams has only ever re-signed offensive talent.  He's never made a big time move in nearly 5 years.  If you bring up Tuch, that's because Eichel asked out and we got tangible talent.

The entire typeset of players we’re signing this year we never got in the past.  All our fourth liners were just lesser skilled smallish skill forwards just like they used to target in the draft for the top6. This is a whole new look this year

Uh...

Jason Zucker, Ben Malenstyn, and Lafferty are more of the same sugarcoated filler that we're used to in Buffalo.  I like the Lafferty signing.  Malenstyn will be out of Buffalo in 18 months, and Zucker will be flipped for a 5th at the deadline.  These are maligned, svfe face, character additions, that add nothing to a sinking ship.  We're going to miss for the 14th year.  Regardless if Boston overpaid on term for Zadorov and Lindholm, they're making big acquisitions to help their cause.  They are winning moves.  These are bottom feeding ***** semantics moves.

Everyone needs to brace themselves for the presser on today. Adams will say they filled positions of need, mainly across the bottom six. He'll say the top six doesn't have a problem generating offense, even despite last season's regression, and therefore he didn't need to worry about adding top six players if no "deals" were to be had. "We think we are definitely tougher to play against now, and our top lines will be free from having to execute duties outside of their expected roles."

Exactly, the same message for five years.  Be patient we're trying.  We're hoarding prospects and don't use them as collateral to fix the systemic problems of this ***** franchise.  At least Murray fired a shot.  Adams idea of firing a shot is cowering in the corner.  Repeating the same mailable corporate dictated statement.   Sure puppet, go be a sheep somewhere else.

It goes back at least to the Johann Larsson and Rasmus Asplund “eras”.

To be fair, at points during the Angry Larry phase we had prime ROR and up-and-coming top-line center Eichel ahead of them. And Reinhart, et. al. The 4th line was extremely important then. (As was goaltending.)

Edmonton has interest in Jeff Skinner per Ryan Rishaug

Henrique is still out there

Skinner to Edmonton; Henrique to 2/3C in Buffalo. Edmonton misses the playoffs in a massive post-Final letdown.
