Every year I fall into the trap of thinking maybe the Sabres could trade for the guy who looks good playing with “insert Sabre player here”. Mangiapane looks good with Cozens.

They love him in Seattle. I would love for the Sabres to get him for the bottom 6. He's at $3.5M for this upcoming season, then UFA. 

I don't see Seattle trading him, more likely he signs an extension. He's heart and soul of that team.

I doubt Seattle lets him go but yes, definitely.

I hope it's a sign. They need to bury their past seasons here.  Power has a good week , then a horrid flub in front of his own net near the end, up by one. Saw that too much and it needs to go away. Still don't trust him completely. Brain cramps.

I don’t think he is available either, just that he is the type the Sabres need on the 4th line. Energy ++++.
