JoeSchmoe Posted April 18 Report Posted April 18 I've always thought he sounded like a 420 enthusiast, but the extended interview confirmed it. Anyone else hearing that? Wonder if he'll be celebrating in a couple days. 2 Quote
inkman Posted April 18 Report Posted April 18 Good for him. It’s legal now. Hope it keeps him stable. 2 Quote
bob_sauve28 Posted April 18 Report Posted April 18 NHL While the NHL does test for cannabis, there’s no punishment for a positive test. However, if a player tests abnormally high, a player will be looked at for treatment like it’s a health matter. https://boardroom.tv/cannabis-policies-major-north-american-sports-leagues/ Quote

I think I mentioned it in the other thread but he's a weird guy and often looks shall we say detached or not quite there. When he is engaged he's good but other times he's just floating around. Could be stoned. Could be on meds of another kind. Might just not really like hockey. But 420 enthusiast is definitely a possibility. 1 Quote

But the threshold for a positive test for USATF is literally “Don’t be high at the event”. I would imagine the NHL is similar at this point. 1 Quote
Weave Posted April 22 Report Posted April 22 This is offensive. Lets judge a guy based on a high pressure interview. That might just be how he is when he’s nervous. Quote
