Big Guava Posted April 1 Report Posted April 1 From the biggest Dyngus Day celebration in the world in WNY... We don't need much of a reason to party, so it's not surprising ours is even bigger than the ones in Poland. Everyone is Polish today here...I am sure the Polish Falcons hall down the street from me will be packed from like 11am thru well into the night...luckily I don't need to drive past it... Anyone else have any celebration plans or to go see the parade? 2 1 Quote
Night Train Posted April 1 Report Posted April 1 I am not Polish but love tradition and honor. Hope all that celebrate this have a great day. The weather is clear today in WNY and that always is good for holidays. God bless.. 3 Quote
Indabuff Posted April 1 Report Posted April 1 First year heading to the parade for us. Not sure what to expect. Gonna try going to Polish Cadets after. Happy Dyngus Day! 1 Quote
Mango Posted April 1 Report Posted April 1 Shocked this one was sponsored by Bud Light. Such a Buffalo Holiday/Event seems like low hanging fruit for this to be a Labatt Blue event/game/coozie. Yuengling is also the sponsor for the on screen score. 1 Quote

Not being sponsored by Tsykie or Zwiec is a travesty. 2 Quote
Derrico Posted April 1 Report Posted April 1 Was hoping to catch the parade but its not until 5 and I have to get back to Canada. Happy Dyngus Day all!! 1 Quote
R_Dudley Posted April 1 Report Posted April 1 This is so Buffalo. Not surprised Buffalo leads the world in celebrating it. Pittsburgh has a small polish community, and they had no idea what Dyngus day is. 2 1 Quote
ExWNYer Posted April 1 Report Posted April 1 Happy Dyngus Day to all of you celebrating the festivities in the 716. Proud to be Polish on my dad's side of the family. 😎 4 Quote

When he heard I was from Buffalo he asked me about Dyngus day. 1 Quote
