Not confidence he just doesnt look as strong on his pins as he did last year... knocked off his feet way too often... needs to do more squats.

What is he seeing?
 

Porous team defense?  Over passing?  No body checks?  Missed shots from the perimeter?  Inconsistent effort?   It is all there today  plus bad goaltending which hasn’t been the case lately with UPL. 
 

Why else would his Ducks be completely outplayed but winning?

He had to outskate Radko Gudas to a loose puck, with a head start, and with Gudas having already lost the angle. (You know, Gudas, the notoriously super-fast mobile defenseman, often compared to Scott Niedermayer, Brian Campbell, and Cale Makar because of his wheels.) And Skinner elected to pull up and... get grappled by Gudas.
