Kincaid just has to catch that. Use your hands ffs! He looked like a 6 year old trying to catch a ball that was too big for him. Just terrible.

Even if they would have won this game, that defense isn’t good enough.

That was the most points the chiefs scored all season against our master Defensive head coach no less

yes the D needs an upgrade but the Carolina Panthers somehow held the chiefs to less points than the Bills did tonight.
and the Bills didn't turn the ball over to give them an extra short field.   They just couldn't stop them

3 play off games, 3 TDS against on the opponents first drive ?

I think McDermott is a good coach but the difference between him and Reid is the main reason they are 0-4 in playoffs vs chiefs

It will be called The Dalton Drop! That play didn’t lose this game.

Pegula isn’t cursed he is the curse. Oh well there’s always next season.

People need to realize if this team didn’t have Allen they wouldn’t be that good. This team over achieved big time this year. The offense showed they could pick up the slack of losing 2 wide receivers but they really to draft a number 1 receiver. Now to the biggest needs. Not a fan of this defensive squad, they need to get bigger and faster. Draft and free agency they need to address and revamp this small defense.

I wanted the Bills to win. Just so tired of Mahones and KC and Taylor Swift in the press box and the whole thing. You're right though. Without Allen the Bills would be very mediocre. If the Steelers had Allen it would be them in the superbowl (and likewise if the Bills had TJ Watt maybe the Bills)

I will miss this year’s team.  Provided incredible entertainment from early September until the week before Groundhog Day.  One day the run will end differently, and we’ll be there to celebrate.  Enjoy your football break.

The rest of Winter will be pretty bleak for fans of Buffalo sports teams.

This was the most entertaining Bills team in my memory.  Hopefully changes made in the offseason are for improvement, and not filling holes due to losses.

It certainly didn’t help them win it and it’s the kind of play winning teams make.

I feel bad for josh.  He has been stepping up in these critical moments and the team ends up coming up short anyways.  It's just disappointing.

However, I will say that while I am disappointed, I don't feel defeated.  We have the rest of JA's career to win a super bowl and I strongly believe that they will do it before he retires.

Also, where was Cook on that last Bills offensive drive?  Guy was electric the whole game and then suddenly they get away from him when it matters?  On the first play of the last drive.. they handed it off to Ty Johnson on first down with the season on the line.  I don't have anything against Ty Johnson, but Cook is far and away the more dynamic player and is half the reason the score is so close.

They are a very good team, they have better talent than most think,  but without Allen they are not a serious contender.  You can say that about a lot of teams and their QB.

They are drafting 30th.  The best path to get a true #1 WR, one that they can plug in right now, is probably free agency.  Unlike the Sabres, good players will come to Buffalo.  The problem is they cost a fortune and the best ones are usually divas.  Tee Higgins is young and a notable name.

Areas that they are set at:

QB, OL, TE, RB, starting LB

The needs are:

WR - speed and a true #1.   Keep Coleman, Shakir, Hollins but add speed and a real #1.

CB - Add another that can start and they can rotate with with Douglas and Benford.   They are too susceptible to injuries' and it is time to move on from Elam.   I expect them to pick two CBs in the draft.  They have good luck in the middle and late rounds.

Safety - I would look at replacing Hamlin.   Again they can look at Free Agents and the draft.

DL - they always seem to need help here.

They really need a playmaker/difference maker on defense.  Free agency may be the way.

The have a good amount of cap space and a bunch of picks to work with.

This retooled version of the Bills is just getting started.

I do everything I can to avoid talking Bills or any football on days like today. All the stupid bandwagon fans at work won’t shut up about it. Just the most cringy god awful takes you’ve ever heard.

I try to warn everyone about keeping that ***** outta my ears but not everyone gets the memo.

Stupid PAT.

Going for 2 points in the first half is almost always a mistake.  Baltimore made that mistake against us just the week prior.

The Bills literally took one point off the board.  Keep that point and you need a FG to win, not tie.  Keep that point and make your 2 point try and the game is tied.

I hate going for two in the first half, you just don't know how things will play out.

It's coaching by numbers, no? There's a card or something that tells you what to do.

I am sure that there are people that say that.  Bill Bellichick was not one of them.

If you coach purely by analytics then I guess you subscribe to that.   I prefer coaches that can feel the game.

To be clear, we didn't lose the game because we took away the PAT.  There was no one play that caused the loss IMO.  I am just saying that in general, trying for 2 that early in the game and failing, is worse than just settling for 1 point.

The takes in here are 10,000 times better than what Nancy from Procurement has to offer.

D has been patched together for a while. Pass rush was there in spurts but not enough.  KC rarely had  a 3rd down early on. Moved the ball easily.

The draft and FA should be heavy on D. Secondary is a big need.

Congrats to and thanks to the Bills for an entertaining season.

People wanting to dump our coach and GM........Were you around for the decades of awful Bills teams??

OK----going for 2 doesnt make any sense until you are in a situation where you absolutely have to. OR the FG kicker is hurt .

McD didnt needlessly  spend all 3 TOs. So he actually DID learn something this past season.

Where was Cook toward the end of the game? He is arguably the best player on the team.

I thought we learned the lesson about empty backfields on our offense. It rarely works well.-

Tuesday morning and I am already nervous.

Most teams don't get many opportunities, this next game feels so much bigger than a football game to me.

Yup, I am devastated.

The Bills should throw everything at them.  No holds barred.

They didn't.   Very vanilla game plan overall. They didn't even adjust to the tush push getting stopped.

I find it very curious that Cook was not on the field for the last drive.  He was running hard, finding lanes, he should have been getting passes too.  He had two brilliant TDs and he played like a the guy that wanted the game put on his shoulders.  Yet, he was underutilized IMO.

A co-worker (not a Bills fan) came into where I work today and jeeringly sang the Bills' Shout song.  I couldn't go there.  After all of these years of disappointment, I simply couldn't.
