We can bitch all we want about McD vs Reid, but if Kincaid catches that, the Bills probably score a TD and win the game.

bills should fire McDermott and replace him with Spagnuolo 

hopefully weaken the chiefs and maybe he has a idea how to slow down the KC offence better than McDermott

Even if they would have won this game, that defense isn’t good enough. I’m not even sure if the Chiefs can beat the Eagles. Plus now we have to see that idiot Taylor Swift.

Beane should feel heat for handing them Worthy for useless slow Coleman. Turned out those of us who were beside ourselves were right.  He cooked us.

Just my opinion, but I think the biggest obstacle is Mahones. I love Allen. He is incredible. We are so fortunate to have him. I think we get a Super Bowl in the next 5-7 years with him, maybe two. I have not a negative thing to say about Allen. Just a pure joy to watch the man play. He should be the MVP of this season.

But, Mahones might be the best QB of all time.

I agree with this, but they need to fix that defense. Get bigger and faster plus they need a Ray Lewis type of player to lead that defense.

he is certainly in the top 10..some great QBs had lousy talent around them or lousy coaches or just competed when the game was totally different.

Other than the pretty damn egregious 4th down call that went in the Chiefs favor, this game wasn't nearly as bad officiating-wise towards KC as they have been (I wonder if the amount of people, fans, players, & media calling it out played a role). Buffalo largely blew this game themselves. Sean McDermott is a modern-day Marty Schottenheimer. No convincing me otherwise. In these big games, he makes multiple terrible decisions that end up costing them the game.

1) The assinine 2 point attempts early in the game. WTF are you doing, dude? Take the ***** points.
2) The short-game play calling was cowardly and predictable throughout the game. And it led directly to that 4th down call going against them. You know the refs are going to show up at some point for KC, DO NOT give them the opportunity to make impactful calls.
3) Short-game was rough, but their overall play calling was conservative and cowardly throughout the game. You want to win against KC in their house, you're gonna have to take some risks and let 'er rip at some point.

The Bills need to move on from McDerpott. He deserves some credit for making them a competitive team year in and year out after wandering in the wilderness for almost 2 decades, but he has taken them as far as he can. If the goal is the SB - which means actually beating KC in January - they need to move on. He cannot get it done.

Refs weren’t so bad second half. Defense at least stepped up and made it a game. Couldn’t get those 1 yd plays which doomed them. They should’ve been out of the game in the 1st quarter and they hanged on. But god why the Chiefs. Not sure what this team was supposed to accomplish with that secondary. Needed more Cook this game. Ahh well *****

I think so to. Philly has a big, physical team and I’m not even sure that the Chiefs can beat them.

In feel the end of the year assessment is still the same as last year…

I still think…

1) We need better receivers

2) Von Miller is still a waste of money, need a better D line. Secondary needs help too

3) Our special teams are suspect at times

4) McDermott coaching is suspect at times

5)You need home field advantage for playoffs , it doesn’t guarantee anything but you need it, You can toss away games in the regular season ……Just ask the Sabres they’ll tell you 🤣

Many are heartbroken, I get it. Another loss to the Chiefs in the playoffs. It stings, it always will, it was the 4 bowl losses in my early 20’s.

But if we’re being honest about this season, the team dumped some talent, for various reasons. I won’t say they over achieved, but they just didn’t have enough to cover to the SB. We'll see what Beane does to address that, Allen’s years are beginning to be consumed by falling just short. Something certainly needs to be done ASAP, the clock is ticking.

Start with that defense. I want a big and fast defense that hammers team’s offense’s plus get a true number 1 receiver. Start drafting defensive players who are workout freaks.

Those that want him gone may be correct, but we must remember, it’s not only the play on the field that matters, it’s also the personnel decisions in the front office that does, specifically the money game. Beane signed deals to shoot for a run the 3 years prior to this season, we’re paying for some of that this season.
 

Money, it’s precisely what is going to matter going forward. We don’t need to sell top end players to come here, they all see it, money is needed to properly fill in the holes.

This I agree with but it also scares me.

Why? Is Terry going to go all out with his pocket book? One could argue that he hasn’t really done it. I mean he has spent but not in epic proportion . 
 

And the one time he did …Von Miller… could be considered money poorly spent for the production that has been returned….and  we all know how he has closed his pocket book to the entire Sabres organization. ( please don’t engage me in the argument that he spends money on the Sabres, he doesn’t, he’s so cheap he squeaks)

The play that Allen tosses up and and Kincaid drops wasn’t a designed play. Brady running Allen up the middle was stuffed all night. Why did he continue.
