That's the issue.  I know McDermott can't match him but maybe no one can.  So maybe you keep McDermott and wait out Ried to retire

Andy Reid's play calling was the difference. Easy plays for chunk yards. 

Given that everyone expected a down year for the Bills, they certainly over achieved this year. Next year should be even better with a couple of additions on offense, a rebuilt defense and hopefully a new special teams coordinator.

I’ve been saying this for awhile, this team’s defense needs to get bigger and faster and much more physical, stop  going after over the hill players like Von Miller.
