The details of the Bills acquiring #BillsMafia "from him" remain murky to me.

He came up with #BillsMafia and licensed it to the team. I imagine he retains some right to the brand. But with his other shirt designs he manages to dance around any issues with the NFL. I have to think he lept onto "Be good, do good" as soon as those words left Josh's lips.

There is still a reasonably good chance that the Bills tomorrow will come sooner rather than later.

Being a top team, equals a typically tougher scheudle. Next year is no cake walk (obviously that can change) but it will make it That much harder to get the 1 seed, which I do think the bills will need.

The thing that does provide hope to me is that this seemed like it was going to be a retooling and down year.  Yet, we won our division made it to the AFCCG.

I'm devastated that another opportunity is gone, but unlike the Sabres, the Bills actually fill me with tangible hope for next season.

What would help is the rest of the AFCE having another down year AND the Broncos and Chargers ascend. And, of course, the Chiefs not playing another season with a horseshoe stuck up its ass

The retool worked.   Now, add a few players on defense, some speed and help at WR, and they are improved for next season 
 

There are players that want to come to Buffalo to play on the Bills and be part of a winning team.  They have a shot next season.

That’s too bad. Just like with the coach firing, every time they add someone new we have to deal with that minuscule chance that they get it right.

I can't see Rodgers catching on with anyone else at this point.

He seems to bring a 'distraction' of some level with him wherever he goes. Up to this point, he expects you to reshape the roster to bring in the guys he is comfortable with. And to be honest, he hasn't played all that well in the past few years, and he is now one year older. 

I read an opinion article a month or so ago saying he doesn't want to retire, will see what is out there, and if he can't find a good team willing to give him the starting role, he'll then say he will 'retire' and make it look like it was his decision all along (I'm sure he wouldn't be the first aging QB to do that).

This will land on Beane, he takes very little criticism but the time is NOW.   Pay the price to add an elite pass rusher.    Get it done.   Huge difference when you can hurry up any qb but particularly Mahomes.
