Rashad with 2 TD's . J. D. Hill with the other. Braxton fumble scooped up by Art Toms who runs it in for a 20-14 lead. Rashad catches the winner in the last minute. I went to school exhausted from no sleep, and even more exhausted by retelling that story. Rashad with OJ - they just scratched the surface of being an elite combo, and it ended. 1 Quote

Was away just starting my sophomore year in college watching MNF football with a few of my friends from WNY. Maybe the most memorable part for me was that we went out AFTER the game. Now, if the Bills aren't playing, I'm typically asleep by halftime. My how things change over the years. Quote
JustOneParade Posted 21 hours ago Report Posted 21 hours ago As an add on, I recall the Bills had a prolific offense during that OJ period ('73-'75?) but couldn't stop anyone. One (?) year the Bills missed the playoffs and I looked at the game by game scores at season's end. Had the Bills given up exactly 30 points every game they would have made the playoffs. Crazy but they were entertaining to watch for sure. Quote

At our Bills Backer bar in Fort Worth, we had visitors from Buffalo watching the game with us. They were vacationing here. We had a great time together. Quote

Scottysabres Posted 15 hours ago Report Posted 15 hours ago My pops buddy isn’t going to make it back from his trip down south in time for the game. He offered his 50 yard line tickets to dad and I at cost. I didn’t wait this time, I told pops just now……”hey dad, Mike called me, we are going back to Highmark this Sunday”. My pops let out the biggest “Yippeeeeee” I’ve heard from him in 2 decades, not since he got that 13 pointer back in 05 have I heard that from him. I looked up at the sky, not more that 5 minutes ago, and spoke to mom. I got him mom I said, the tears are still on my cheeks. So it is, back to Highmark, to inspire our boys on, destiny is calling!!! 1 6 Quote

I honestly can’t believe we have professional adults who put this childish garbage out there. It’s like they are targeting immature teenagers and there are actually adults who find this “cool”. This is embarrassing. There’s actually pooping/farting noises in it. PR team needs to grow up or we need to find a better group to replace them. Edited 13 hours ago by Mr. Allen 1 Quote

So it is, back to Highmark, to inspire our boys on, destiny is calling!!! It's so great to have a team that's entertaining and also a serious franchise that is a legitimate contender for the SB. Baltimore is a superb team that whipped us in a regular season game. Whether the Bills win or lose I am so proud of this team. Your post is a heartwarming illustration that whether the Bills win or lose it will create a wonderful family memory. I just get so angry at how this inscrutable owner has damaged his other franchise to the point of irrelevancy and pervasive fan apathy. It's so sad and stupid. Let's go Bills! 1 Quote

So, if I like fart noises, are you attacking me since I fall into the "in general" category? Just accept it. You think people who like fart noises should grow up. I'm not entirely certain what fart noises do to harm you directly. I suppose someone could watch that video and have it positively impact them. Perhaps it brightens their day a bit from what had been a pretty bad day to that point. I wonder, how do we weigh out the importance of the impact of that video then. Is it trash because you don't like it or does it have value because it made someone feel a bit better? Perhaps the wisdom needed is to accept that we all have differences and we should accept those differences. By accept, we should be glad that someone found value in another's creation even if we didn't. We should encourage people to express their differences and we should encourage people to accept that which makes us different. Homogenized thinking is dangerous and attempts to create it should be rejected. 2 Quote

Wyldnwoody44 Posted 17 minutes ago Report Posted 17 minutes ago If the sabres put something like this out, does it change anything. I think it would come across vastly different if an organization as poorly run as the Sabres just popped this out there. With the Bills, it's a team of fun loving guys. Allen, Schnowman, Crazy Mack, etc etc. So the PR team gets Wayyyy more leeway with this stuff. Why not try it when it doesn't matter if it flops because hey, we're playing the Ravens Sunday. Meanwhile the sabres are so bad at everything, we critique misspellings and upside down numbers (all fair crisicisms) I feel like it may be harder to defend. I personally enjoyed the between 2 stalls tho, so Tomato/Tamato Quote
