JujuFish Posted December 15 Report Posted December 15 And after saying that, Detroit has scored a TD on their next two drives. Quote
Scottysabres Posted December 15 Report Posted December 15 Waisted opportunity there 1st and goal on the 3. Should have punched in 6. Quote
Crusader1969 Posted December 15 Report Posted December 15 I can't imagine watching the Sabres while Josh Allen is playing at this level. He is must watch tv, a once in a lifetime type player playing for a Buffalo team. Enjoy it while you can 2 2 2 Quote

Indabuff Posted December 16 Report Posted December 16 If this defense fails to close this with the offense putting up 40+ again... Quote
Night Train Posted December 16 Report Posted December 16 What an exciting game. All action. D can't make a stop again, so Allen just outscores them. 11-3.. just like the experts predicted.. LOL 2 Quote

JujuFish Posted December 16 Report Posted December 16 If the Bills score 30+ next week, they'll break the record for most consecutive 30-point games in a single season (the Rams had 15 between the '99 and '00 seasons). Quote
Crusader1969 Posted December 16 Report Posted December 16 I wonder if this is the first time in my life I haven't watched a leafs / Sabres game first time I didn't care about it for sure Thank God for the Bills ! 1 1 Quote

Stoner Posted Monday at 01:57 PM Report Posted Monday at 01:57 PM WTH happened to the basketball push pass for a TD? Did I imagine it? I honestly couldn't believe it. Then I had to keep moving at work. Quote
Gatorman0519 Posted Monday at 02:06 PM Report Posted Monday at 02:06 PM I will gladly admit I was wrong about this year. The defense scares me though. I am thankful we finally have a generational superstar on a Buffalo sports team. Quote

Then I had to keep moving at work. Holding. Sadly. It was one of the more spectacular plays I've seen too. Josh Allen makes people want to watch football. Me included. I just wish the Bills defense could stay healthy and figure out how to get a little more shutdown. As others indicated, this was supposed to be a down year for the team and if I recall they will have quite a bit of money to play with next year. However, there's no guarantees in the NFL and we can only hope that Josh Allen of next year remains as good as Josh Allen of this year. This season is not over.. I'm fully invested. Both because of how they play, Josh Allen, and that I need them to succeed to offset the pain of the Sabres. Quote
Pimlach Posted Monday at 02:58 PM Report Posted Monday at 02:58 PM (edited) Having beat KC and Detroit, the Bills are a real contender. And what a likable and fun team to watch. On any given day … Edited Monday at 02:59 PM by Pimlach Quote
Stoner Posted Monday at 03:23 PM Report Posted Monday at 03:23 PM (edited) As a superfan who took several steps away during the drought and maybe now is *thinking* about taking half a step back (but won't bc I absolutely can't deal with the anxiety and can't get crushed again), I find myself holding two thoughts at once: 1. With that D there is no way they can win it all. 2. There is no way they aren't winning it all. Edited Monday at 03:24 PM by Stoner 1 1 Quote

Without the penalty you would see the highlights of that play all week. And you still may. Maybe top 3 of incedible plays of JA's career. Quote

shrader Posted Monday at 05:03 PM Report Posted Monday at 05:03 PM I know it was never going to happen, but after watching that one last night, the thought of Allen throwing in a dome for half of the year really has me wondering. Quote
Dreams Burn Down Posted Monday at 05:06 PM Report Posted Monday at 05:06 PM After taking the Super Bowl years for granted, I am savoring every moment of these last few years. I understand that I want more than five consecutive division titles and recent playoff appearances. However, I also remember the 17-year wilderness that preceded it. It won't last forever so I'm trying to relish each amazing JA performance. 1 Quote

They couldn’t stop the run to save their lives. Other games they have looked much better. Cant blame the D yesterday against the top Offence with 3 of their backfield starters out. Lions didn’t run the ball too well against them. If they can scheme properly on D they have as good a chance as anyone this season. Edited Monday at 05:19 PM by Flashsabre Quote
