1. If you were at the game -- how awesome was it? Greatest live sporting event ever attended? Top 3? Top 5?

2. Why wasn't Roby on the shootout?

3. Bonus question: Will the Senators quit in the 1st period tomorrow night, or will they wait until the 2nd?

2. Why wasn't Roby on the shootout?

In the pregame, Kevin Sylvester mentioned that Roby "hurt his back and is recovering" or something to that extent

3. Bonus question: Will the Senators quit in the 1st period tomorrow night, or will they wait until the 2nd?

Hopefully they'll play so well that they'll make Miller look good again  Still can't get over that comment by Murray

i don't think they will quit

MHIMG -- I respect your supporting your team, and I appreciate your friendly and well-informed chatting with the enemy fans on this board, but I noticed you mentioned in one of your posts tonight that you didn't get to see the game. I regret to report (and this is just my opinion) that I really thought your guys didn't want it nearly as bad as the Sabres did tonight. With them being down 2-0, that is unforgiveable.

While I don't think they will get shelled tomorrow night like, say, the flyers did in game 6 against the sabres, I just can't see them pushing that hard to win. They are seeing the beach (and quite a few of them -- the ones that are free agents -- are seeing the bank) right now.

Roby and Gare suffering back injuries? Geez

What were they up to? hahaha

I do miss Roby though...but what the heck does a bad back have to do with keeping you out of sitting at a desk?? IT"S THE PLAYOFFS ROBY!!! SACK UP! haha

Seriously though, I hope Roby is good to go tonight, but James Patrick was a really nice surprise. He had a "Novotny-like" performance on the intermissions/post-game report.

I was thinking maybe they got over-excited about the Sabres playoff performance and decided to "lace 'em up."

Seriously, I hope they are better soon. Danny did most of his show on WGR yesterday...I'm guessing he was laying down the whole time (the beauty of radio).
