I liked him in junior but I think he lacks NHL speed. Andreychuk footspeed doesn’t cut it unless you have great hands and the size/grit to put up with a ton of punishment.

Look, this is a 20 yr old kid…time to grow. 
> 6’2” / 204lb. 2021 4th rd. pick who is projected as RW Power Forward worker who has a good 200 ft. game. 
Anyone on this board not think Sabres could use a piece (or 3) like this on the team? 
 

I may be wrong, but this looks temporary, so he can continue to develop.

This, given the move of so many ‘NHLers’ from BUF to ROCH (GMKA has moved over $6 Schmill in NHL salary to ROCH this year).
 

(AMERKS managing all the young talent, AHL lifers, and their own injuries is another thread somewhere).

Maybe if he becomes a heavy hitting pugilist he will find a role but as a power forward forget it. Way too slow.
