Stuck up in a Potsdam for this one. I switched to Fubo a couple of weeks ago and have been happy with the availability of streaming options, so I'll have this one in the background on the phone, fingers crossed the ER allows me to watch a little of it.

Someone explain to me how smart it was to let Linus Ullmark go to the Bruins as a FA.  He's been playing great since he got there (aided no doubt by Boston's great team defense) and it's easy to see how the Sabres would have made the playoffs last year with Ullmark in goal.

Ullmark did an interview with Sportsnet Christine Simpson where He said it was time to move with His Career from a personal and professional standpoint. He wasn’t re-signing in Buffalo. 
 

Adam's mistake was not having a suitable alternative for Him.

He's long gone so not relevant to a Game Day Thread, but if you look around you'll find whole threads on the subject.

Within this WGR link is Granato's regular segment on the Jeremy White show. He talked about the Leaf and Ranger games. He addressed the style of play between last year and this year. He made the point that the bigger issue is focus. In general, on this issue he talked about the psychology related to pressure and higher expectations. He also made the point that currently the team is for the most part healthy, and that made a difference when matching up against the opposition. He also noted that Girgs is close to being back. The one player he commented the most was Quinn. This is a 17-minute segment.

Bruins have 1 regulation win in 7 tries since the Sabres beat them in Boston.  2-2-3 over that 7 games.  They are teetering.
