Yep. Wings were supposedly behind us on the team development scale as of last year. They made solid moves and are now clearly ahead of this franchise.

Edmonton fired their coach. 7-3 in their last 10. (they had very good metrics but crap goaltending)

Wild fired Evason. Won 3 in a row. Likely more of a temporary blip. But this team could use any blip.

DG is NOT getting fired. They just signed him to an extension and Pegula isn’t going to pay a coach to sit on his ass again.

Granato won't get fired. Pegulas just......different. He sure does love coaches with no NHL experience.
