You pay the price to end this mess. It really is that simple. And I don't mean that in an obtuse way. But the longer this environment is allowed to foster, the more ot will be engraved in the young guns habits and mind.

You do what you have to do to ensure success. Right now, that's not happening, that's coaching and GM'ing.
