A Lombardi trophy from the Bills. 53 years I figure attributes to some leeway on this. I'm with you on that. I'm 49 and have 17 and 18 year old sons that are joining in their dads sports misery. 1 Quote
Taro T Posted November 26, 2023 Report Posted November 26, 2023 Get Greenway back next game. Give UPL Monday's game and Levi the one on Wednesday. Worry about the 4th game after that. Hopefully Samuelsson doesn't miss much time; but this injury could be a blessing in disguise if he's currently playing injured and missing some time gets him closer to 100%. Don't want to overplay E Johnson, but really believe they need to pair him up with Power to get Power to play a simpler game. Power could've cleared the rebound on the 1st Levi goal, but didn't react as quickly as the Devil did. Put Jokiharju with Dahlin while using that other pairing and if Samuelsson can play make him the 5 and rotate R Johnson and Clifton. Steal a game against the Rags and then win in St. Louie. 3 1 Quote

I have to tell mine about it as they were born in 04 and 06. They just missed it. They're optimistic about where we're at even though the terrible games this year, are a special kind of terrible. They update me on where we are in the standings throughout the week. They'll watch other games and say we need the Islanders to lose here. Haha 1 Quote

His loss can't be overstated KA's belief that his spot could be filled internally is the biggest reason they are where they are he should have found a true top 6 winger to fill his spot I actually think this is way overstated. That line was Jekyll and Hyde last year. JJP came back an animal and Cozens has been no better than “middle 6” on his best day this year, and bottom 6 on his worst. Cozens -> JJP is the spectrum for that line in 2023-24. I have no idea why anybody would have any expectations for Quinn this year coming off of an achilles. That’s crazy. If missing Quinn based on 22-23 after rupturing his achilles totally details this team we don’t have much of a team at all. 3 3 1 Quote

pi2000 Posted November 26, 2023 Report Posted November 26, 2023 So, Jokiharju who has the 3rd best +/- on the team gets scratched in favor of the guy with the worst +/- on the team in Clifton... and they lose by 5 with Clifton putting up a -4. This team, smh. 1 2 Quote
