The Sabres need to be much tighter at the end, but NHL officiating is an absolute travesty. You cannot ignore like 3 senator penalties all period because the game is "over" and then give them PPs when they board our players. It is a completely inauthentic way to drag a team back into the game. Jarring, and obviously unnatural. Call the ***** rulebook. Otherwise, looks like we are still road warriors. Keep that up while trying to fix the home issues

Pretty good game for UPL. Saved the ones he was supposed to and was pretty good with his rebounds 

few days to rest up before the Devils on Friday!

Well that was fun. What a difference a day makes.

Maybe red and black at home and these road jerseys for the away games. Either that or just play all our games on the road cause for the second year now we seem better away from Buffalo. 

The physical shenanigans at the end seemed to throw us off our game a little and it would be nice to have a better goalie but a lot of things to like in this game including the push back and some of the physical instigation even. 

I don't know the stats, but I suspect we are way ahead of our hits per game totals from last year.

Can’t pack it in and sit on a lead, NHL teams are too good.  I’ll give them a pass since the legs were probably tired at the end of a back to back.  Ottawa was fresher late.
