bob_sauve28 Posted October 20, 2023 Report Posted October 20, 2023 Any news on that? It would explain a great many things If he is I would put Greenway up with Tage and reduce Tuch's time on ice. 2 Quote

thewookie1 Posted October 20, 2023 Report Posted October 20, 2023 He certainly looks like a guy who's playing sore. (By sore I mean legit issue not a minor ache lol) Still shows flashes of himself but seems awkward simultaneously which could easily point to pain causing him to tense up in spots he wouldn't normally. Less of the reckless abandon we are used to. 2 Quote
Mustache of God Posted October 20, 2023 Report Posted October 20, 2023 I was thinking that but if he's not 100% why is Granato rolling him out at the end of the guy to get the equalizer? Quote
Pimlach Posted October 20, 2023 Report Posted October 20, 2023 He looks behind the play a lot and he is much less physical than usual. 1 Quote

That Aud Smell Posted October 21, 2023 Report Posted October 21, 2023 I concluded the other day that he must be playing hurt. He’s looked mostly bad. Quote
Carmel Corn Posted October 21, 2023 Report Posted October 21, 2023 Has anybody heard anything other than a general reference to "soreness"? Quote

Probably because he's trying to gut through whatever it is and he's telling the coaches he can do it. And they're listening to him rather than trusting their eyes. (The downside to being a "player's coach," yes, these guys will go through a wall for the coach, but sometimes the coach has to be willing to tell him no, the next guy is going to get that opportunity and at least right now, the coaches aren't doing that even though from the outside looking in, it sure seems like it needs to be said.) SABRES 0311 Posted October 23, 2023 Report Posted October 23, 2023 If he’s injured I still think he drops the gloves like he did. As much as his lack of production pisses me off, he’s a gamer and likely a team leader. 1 Quote

Had nothing to do with constant drinking, smoking, terrible diet and absolutely no exercise whatsoever. This family was so lazy they would rather park in the middle of the U shaped driveway, to ensure they were as close to the front door as possible, rather than pull off into the part of the driveway in front of their garage. So what’s the big deal inky? They had 4 adults living in their house. So every person other than MIL and FIL had to back out of the driveway into 60 mph traffic and they live in a blind spot so you can’t tell if any cars are coming. They would rather endanger the lives of their loved ones and anyone who visits them, than walk an extra 20 feet. Quote
