This is a good look!  

It will be interesting who gets the first forward call up, when another injury happens for the Sabres.  

I don't want to discount Rosen either, he has been really good as well.

I also want to point out Kisakov looks sooo much better this year, you can see his speed and he doesnt seem intimidated driving to the net.... not that I think he will be first in line for a call up.

I read more about it. The play gets whistled dead once the offending team regains possession. In this case, Laval didn’t. Still weird, because taking a shot on goal should constitute possession, unless it doesn’t apply to goalies. 

Sometimes in the NHL what they count as "gaining possession" is highly questionable at best.
