Crusader1969 Posted October 19, 2023 Report Posted October 19, 2023 This is a good look! It will be interesting who gets the first forward call up, when another injury happens for the Sabres. I don't want to discount Rosen either, he has been really good as well. I also want to point out Kisakov looks sooo much better this year, you can see his speed and he doesnt seem intimidated driving to the net.... not that I think he will be first in line for a call up. It’s a delayed penalty, so as long as the non-offending team retains possession, the puck remains in play. The problem is fluke plays like this. The play should have been whistled dead as soon as the offending team touched the puck, but it doesn’t work this way. I read more about it. The play gets whistled dead once the offending team regains possession. In this case, Laval didn’t. Still weird, because taking a shot on goal should constitute possession, unless it doesn’t apply to goalies. Sometimes in the NHL what they count as "gaining possession" is highly questionable at best. Quote
OverPowerYou Posted October 20, 2023 Report Posted October 20, 2023 What’s with all of these AHL teams I’ve never heard of before ? Quote
