How the flying F does someone working as general counsel and COO, not know you can't do this without declaring it to hr and removing the subordinate from your chain of command. Like, does tpegs not have ppl do the mandatory sexual harassment training we all do?

And we're wondering why we haven't made it to the Super Bowl and have had 12 years of no NHL playoffs. In any organization culture is ultimately top down.

Did TP own the restaurant that KP was working in when they met?

No, but he hired her into East Resources after meeting her there. And, iirc they became romantically involved after the hiring.

Roth was an investment advisor… He had no sports management experience… He had Pegula’s trust and fresh eyes.

Now we see what he was looking at…

No loss.

Get it right this time, Pegula. Your teams deserve better.

To be fair, sounds like it was....top down...from date of hire on, just sayin....

Unbelievable.

Still, not sure I can blame TP for this one.  Men and women gonna do what they do.  And canning them was the right move.

Even so, another change in senior management can't help but seem bush league.
