Apparently they had been running tests and forgot to delete them when rolling out actual tickets. They really have been caught unprepared on a number of fronts. They are still working on the Sabrebucks program because they are unsure if the new sports service point of sale system will handle all possibilities. Quote

Don't know if it's accurate or not, but was told at the opener by a couple of the beer vendors not in a concession stand that their system couldn't give the STH discount; we'd have to go stand in one of the regular food & beverage concession stand lines to get the discount. Considering the discount is 30%, that drops a $16 beer to under $12; makes it worth the wait to stand in the line. Quote
