I have a relative diagnosed in his late 30s. Its a pretty wild disease that always gets worse with time.

I lost an uncle to ALS and have a next door neighbor going through Parkinsons. “Better than” is not an apt description.

Early 60s for my dad. I feel like it’s a coin toss for either my brother or I to get it in our 50s. It’s not exactly scientific, but my grand father in his 70s, then my dad in his 60s…

I meant there are more treatment options...ALS there is nothing you can do.  I have a cousin who has Parkinson's, I know it's not great either.
