Sabres Blue vs. Gold Scrimmage, Sat. 9/23 12PM

Faceoff is scheduled for noon with doors opening at 11 a.m. at KeyBank Center. While admission to the event is free, fans must have a ticket to attend.

If they play as bad as the prospects vs the Pens yesterday then they’ll all be unwatchable.

You do realize they literally sat 80% of their first line players that did great in the first 2 games to GET A BETTER LOOK AT OTHER GUYS..right?? Saying thats pretty daft when you realize what they did to get a better look at other prospects... it was essentially what the Bills(and all) NFL teams do in Preseason game #3 its pretty much the scrubs and 1 last attempt to get a look at them and try to make a roster..you can base a season off it.... PLUS 98% of these guys yo saw have NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SABRES....They are prospects and AHL/Juniors/NDT/KHL/Foreign league type guys.. you will be lucky if there is currently maybe 1 Roster spot to win if ANY

Not that it matters, but it does appear Granato considers Cozens the 2C and Mittelstadt the 3C as Mitts is on Thompson's squad and Dylan is on the other.

Also, appears that Comrie and UPL are essentially considered to be equivalent (as they probably should) as they both are on the same team.

No surprise that Tokarksi is the 4.
