I like this. I just get this feeling that Benson is going to slide because in that Seattle playoff series teams saw how Savoie and Benson could be pushed to the outside and then you have Vegas winning with big defenders. I think the recency bias will kick in especially because Benson came in at just under 5'10" at the combine.

If Benson is there and Buffalo passes, I’ll be pissed, lol.  If that happens, just use Rosen and Östlund as trade chips and roll with Savoie and Benson.  Or even trade Savoie and keep Östlund if they think that’s best based on their player evaluations.

If Benson was 5’11” instead on 5’9.75”, he would be a lock to go in that 5-10 range.

I know it swayed me. Though I thought Savoie had his chances but faced Milic whowas at the top of his game in net for Seattle
