He doesn’t have any trade protection. 
 

Sorokin, who is one of the few goalies in the same tier as him, just signed an 8 year 8.25 Million AAV Extension and he is three years younger. 
 

Hellebuyck’s Next Deal will not exceed that

Hes a vezina trophy and has been a finalist 3 times and is way more experienced then sorokin in his 1 time  Finalist.

 So I'm pretty sure he's gonna ask for more and deserves it.

Sure, but if you're not familiar with the team and its lore, it doesn't say "Panthers". 

I have the same problem with the NLL team here in Fort Worth.  One of the city's nicknames is Panther City (kind of like Buffalo is Nickel City).  The team's official name is Panther City Lacrosse Club, and no one knows it's from Fort Worth.

Sometimes people get too clever with naming.

Tom Webster, who has more inside information on this board then anyone else, has mentioned they reached out to Anaheim last summer about Gibson, who did not want to move his family from the West Coast last year. 
 

While we are on the subject of Chad supposedly not having any inside information, let’s review a few of things he has broke. 
 

That Kahun was the return in the EROD Trade. 
 

He broke Krueger’s Firing the night before it happened.  WGR even gave him credit the morning it happened. 
 

He broke the Karamanos Hiring as Associate GM before it happened. 
 

He was the first to mention that Adams and Karamanos wanted to expand the Analytics Department. 
 

He broke the Tage Extension an hour before Kevin Weekes tweeted it. Weekes was first national Insider with the information 

He broke the Cozens extension as well.

Hard to deny that DeDominicis has sources at this point.  And he's been fairly forthright about when he has scoop and when he doesn't.  Outside of the Dahlin signing (which we're obviously still waiting on), he's been pretty clear that he doesn't have any intel about upcoming moves right now.

I have seen Hellebuyck play against Vegas for 6 seasons and he always gets lit up.

Found it. This was only games in Vegas, which was his original point a month ago. So maybe it’s possible he “always” got lit up in Winnipeg.
