I'm surprised it wasn't reported here, but Kamarov and the Quebec Ramparts won the CHL's Memorial Cup last weekend.  He was not only on the championship team, but opened the scoring with a huge goal!  Congratulations to Russian #4 who will be joining the Amerks the season after next.  I believe he has one more year in Juniors...

I watched that game. imo he's a long shot at best. Needs a lot more development in his game. Has the raw tools and physicality  to be a potential player but he's a long way away (if ever). 

Good for him to win though. He's in a good spot with a decent (if a little crazy) coach.

Simon Gagne is supposed to be the HC there next year. Roy could return if he fails to land an NHL job, but why not go out after a big win. He could just step back and be owner/GM.
