Nurse's Dad was in the CFL. 2 more including the former Sabre. Who are all of them? BTW, the first time that the Sabres won a best-of-five or a best-of-seven series after failing to win the first two games was 1997 against Ottawa. Quote

(Should've happened against the Pens in Hasek's last season as a Sabre; but the video game controllered puck off the faceoff late in regulation to Lemieux in game 6 and then Kasparaitis' non-called delay of game/closing his hand on the puck in game 7 crushed that dream.) 1 Quote

Can still see the ref going up to him after the play sternly telling him before the next faceoff that presumably if he does that again he'll be forced to seriously, no REALLY seriously, consider giving him another sterner lecture about how he shouldn't do that and if he does it ANOTHER time after that, well, there MIGHT be consequences that go beyond public shaming. One of the most embarrassing moments for NHL officiating in a long history of embarrassing moments. 2 Quote

matter2003 Posted November 3, 2023 Report Posted November 3, 2023 Since 2021, the top 6 players in terms of most points in the NHL over that time have come from 3 teams, which feature 2 players from each team making the list and even more interesting, the top 2 players are from the first team, players 3 and 4 are from the 2nd team and players 5 and 6 are from the 3rd team. Which 3 teams are represented and what is the order of these teams(the team with players 1-2 would be first, the team with players 3-4 would be second and the team with players 5-6 would be third)? dudacek Posted November 7, 2023 Report Posted November 7, 2023 Tage and Greenway. They are actually plus players on the PK: 1 goal against, 2 shorties for. The Matthews goal Saturday was the first time they’d cracked short handed this year. Leading the league in GA per SH minutes played amongst the league’s regular penalty killers, or some such weird stat if memory serves. 1 Quote
