Problem with this round is if you hate the idea of Edmonton Toronto (and I do) you end up having to cheer for Eichel and Reinhart. Just feels horribly wrong.

It's def a tough draw for us Sabres fans. But I'd much rather see Samson win before Eichel.

I wouldn't like it, but it'd be better than Leafs Oilers. 

For now though, I'm pulling for Lindy with NJ and the longshot underdog Kraken.

Another strong argument for why the “curse” of the presidents trophy isn’t a curse. 8/40 is fine math when the league parity can have a team that won the presidents trophy the year before the 8th seed the following
