Devon Levi is the maillard reaction we need.

His positive attitude is the flavor that’s been missing.

It’s funny that you mention this. For a long time I’ve been pondering the possibility that flavor was a major driving force in the evolution of ***** sapiens. The other human species had a lot of the same environmental influences, signs of culture and may have even cooked food but would they have eventually developed cuisine? The amount of effort involved in human food prep for no reason other than taste has fascinated me since childhood. Some family’s have rich traditions in their food. Heirloom recipes intrigue me. None of these guarded secrets are revolutionary. Minor tweaks to the same dish yet we horde them like wealth.
It’s interesting to consider how vital our tastebuds were to our evolution.

Or not. It was so long ago that I can’t remember.

Neil deGrasse Tyson recently did a Star Talk explainer about how bread doesn't become toast until it reaches a certain temperature and then the browning occurs quickly. This explains most burnt toast down through history, including the burnt toast that infuriated Hitler so much he decided to invade Poland.

Larry David taught us that you can't pause toast.

That obv. brings us to our beloved Buffalo Sabres.

I have no idea what you're doing here, but you made me chuckle out loud. Bravo, and, thank you.

A wave loudly clashing against a long shoreline is a storyteller without equal.

Count Chocula

While it will always be an overrated part of a balanced breakfast, it's still very underrated as a mid evening snack.

That's the hill I'm dying on.

For me, my mid evening snack before worrying about a waistline was Cinnamon Toast Crunch and it was toasty and delicious.

I'm signing Reese PB Puffs to play LW, moving CTC to C so it can use the whole ice, and slotting the Count into RW.

That's a formidable offense.

I like mixing grape nuts with a Kashi cereal. Good clean and healthy.

It’s amazing the carcinogenic additives the FDA “allows” in cereals and foods in general. Scary. FDA sucks.
