In Levi's two losses the Sabres faced Lyon and Vanecek and managed 1 goal on 36 and 2 goals on 37 (and counting) shots, respectively. If it takes the opposition goalie standing on his head to beat them... they'll be alright.

I know he's hurt and probably wouldn't be playing if the games didn't matter but if Tage hadn't been dogshit the last 4 weeks we'd probably have made it in.

And actually, I've got to say, I've been wanting to compliment the refs all game.  They did a great job.  I know, it will shock @nfreeman and such, but I really do think they called this game as well as I've ever seen an NHL crew call one.

And Dahlin playing with something (back?) and missing time, and Tuch missing time ... and all about overlapping. As they regained some health they took right back off (plus an emphasis on team defense and some guy named Levi).

next season, they will making the playoffs easily and the only thing that we will have to think about by game 80 is - who we are playing in round 1

I have grown to love Ray and Dan and they deserve to call this team on a playoff run as much as we deserve to watch one
