A couple of weeks ago the thought was sign Levi and play him when the team got eliminated.  Now the thought is don't stop playing him until they are eliminated.

Sabres have had some elite goaltenders in their history.  They now have another one.

Jesus, is unbridled man love the only acceptable response? I just said the kid played well. It's the first time I've watched him play in the NHL and it looked good. I'd guess if I went back and watched the Detroit game I'd be less impressed, but let's go all in on the hype train after a week and a half.

Usually the case, but they are in desperation mode now. If Granato plays another goalie and they get shelled, he will be second guessed all off season, including from inside the locker room. He has to ride with Levi I believe.

Well the Sabres made good on my prediction that they would finish somewhere in the 87-90 point range and just miss the playoffs but be in the hunt until the last week or two of the year...now I would be really happy if they made that prediction wrong by finishing with 93 points and making the playoffs

Well technically Islanders don't need to lose, tied at 93 we got the edge over them.   panthers need to loose to canes.

Deking does not look like the plan, his lateral movement and body control is good so that makes sense. Let's see how it evolves as more guys try what Tarasenko did.

Agreed. I think Levi has to be the choice against the Devils. And if he wins that one, he has to be the choice vs Ottawa and so on.
