Except it's not true. Don't let that stop you though.

Some friends and I got scalpers seats to a Jays game probably close to 10 years ago when scalped tickets was still a thing to do. Our entire section was some Pride event (Pride day at the Jays???)

A fun time was had by all!

Has something changed since then?

Let’s go boys. Huge game.

As for pride Night, good on Sabres.

And reading between the lines on the other thread, it was very evident to me there is a group of very scared individuals who tried wording things so as to not look like they’re against the meaning of pride night.

People are people. Just be kind to all.

Not every law abiding citizen is able to attend any sporting event they want. Look into what MSG is doing with its properties and who they are actively excluding and how they are excluding them. Then understand that there is nothing to stop them from expanding that to other people who they don't want on their property.

Ivan Provorov sold a lot of jerseys when he sat out in protest. Maybe this is a secret ploy to sell Boosh merchandise.

On a serious note, I prefer sports free of ideological divisiveness, except for the Olympics when nationalism is an intrinsic part of the competition. But that is not a realistic option. The political is swallowing the private whole for the most part and even arguing for the private at all is suspect in some quarters.

Too bad anything can be politicized. This isn't the first pride night the Sabres have hosted. No one gave a rat's patoot before. But now?

Will Levi be #2 tonight?

In his last home game Comrie gave up a touchdown and a field goal.

I’m just glad the Stars didn’t go for two after the TD.

Lyubushkin opting out of Pride Night...

https://sports.yahoo.com/nhl-sabres-lyubushkin-pride-night-jersey-citing-anti-gay-russian-kremlin-law-195253812.html

Many Russian NHL players, including Pens star Evgeni Malkin and Panthers goalie Sergei Bobrovsky, have donned Pride-themed jerseys this season.

I was at the last home Flyers game. I got the early so I could watch warm ups up close. I was standing by the glass when a very stylish Euro couple came by with two young children wearing #46 Goatheads. Boosh came up to the glass and had the biggest, most adorable interaction with that young boy and girl.

I don't know if they were his kids, relatives or just the kids of the stylish couple who were friends of his, but it was a really touching moment to watch. There was a lot of love happening at that moment.

Play defense like they did against the Islanders and miraculously the goaltending will improve.

That would be cool. But what if they defend well and allow less than 27 shots but the goalies give up 4, or 7, or or 4, or 6, or 7, or 5, or 4, or 5, or 4, or 5 goals, like in the Winnipeg, Nashville, Chicago, Tampa, Boston, Seattle, Arizona, Toronto, Seattle, Philadelphia games earlier this season? That would suck.

I got to admit that was not what I thought the OP would be for tonight's GDT.  Well Done!

Tonight's game is a Yoda one, Do or Do Not, There is No Try.

wouldn’t wanna get too caught up in wanting to make the playoffs! Haha

Sounds funny, but I bet he is not the only one of these players feeling this.  That includes guys like Skinner too, who never seen a playoff game.

Need 2 vets with playoff experience next year one on both sides of the blue line.  I'm a broken record on this.

Then it would be the goalie's fault.
