Cheektorado Posted March 7, 2023 Report Posted March 7, 2023 Tough, tough loss. Guys placed well. Shame they could of hit some of those early open nets. Tomorrow's game is going to be HUGE. 1 Quote
LGR4GM Posted March 7, 2023 Report Posted March 7, 2023 Bryson and Olofsson need to go, now. 2 2 Quote
Crusader1969 Posted March 7, 2023 Report Posted March 7, 2023 We will mark this down as the Bryson game Quote
CallawaySabres Posted March 7, 2023 Report Posted March 7, 2023 Another dump game at home, way to choke away an opportunity 1 1 Quote
Sabel79 Posted March 7, 2023 Report Posted March 7, 2023 The team with Conor McDavid on it won, largely because that team had Connor McDavid on it. I suppose that’ll happen. On to the next one. 1 1 Quote
Stads Posted March 7, 2023 Report Posted March 7, 2023 If we had to lose one on this back to back, this was the one 2 Quote
OverPowerYou Posted March 7, 2023 Author Report Posted March 7, 2023 Remind me to not watch Sabres games that are played on Monday’s and Tuesday’s Quote
caseydean Posted March 7, 2023 Report Posted March 7, 2023 Good game. Too bad there is little room for error. Quote
TheAud Posted March 7, 2023 Report Posted March 7, 2023 Aside from Stuart Skinner robbing them, Sabres lost this game because neither Muel nor Stillman were able to keep Bryson in the press box. 2 1 Quote
triumph_communes Posted March 7, 2023 Report Posted March 7, 2023 Buffalo can only blame themselves this game. Tons of chances and no finish. Walked by a goalie. Bryson a huge liability. Hard to win without Tuch/Samuelson. Jost I think was missed. Greenway looks like he can add but it’s clear he isn’t used to the fast pace break out yet. Mittelstadt needs to stay on that second line. bunomatic Posted March 7, 2023 Report Posted March 7, 2023 Oh well. On to the next one. Rear view mirror boys. Quote
JohninMinn. Posted March 7, 2023 Report Posted March 7, 2023 At least we'll be on the road tomorrow. 1 Quote
apuszczalowski Posted March 7, 2023 Report Posted March 7, 2023 To look at this on the bright side, they are keeping Edmonton a little bit further away from somehow magically winning the Bedard sweepstakes....... Quote
Wyldnwoody44 Posted March 7, 2023 Report Posted March 7, 2023 Losing McDavid for Eichel is soul crushing every time I see 97 play, FU NHL 2 Quote
Spoonman Posted March 7, 2023 Report Posted March 7, 2023 Postgame meal. Sabres fandom, getting by. 1 Quote
Scottysabres Posted March 7, 2023 Report Posted March 7, 2023 Well, a very reachable 2 points squandered away because they couldn't finish. They had multiple empty nets. These are the type of games that are the lesson teachers. The playoffs are slipping away sadly. 1 2 Quote
HumanSlinky39 Posted March 7, 2023 Report Posted March 7, 2023 Man, really deserved a point tonight. I was impressed overall, Skinner just stood on his head tonight. Oilers are tough to beat when they actually get competent goaltending. 3 1 Quote

Carmel Corn Posted March 7, 2023 Report Posted March 7, 2023 (edited) On another note, Chicago is ahead 2-0 against Ottawa early in the second. Correction...make that 3-0! Edited March 7, 2023 by Carmel Corn 3 1 Quote
