Well, I don't know, let's find out together 😉 Expand Big guy with a slightly below average shot and 'decent' straight line speed but not a good 'overall' skater (acceleration, footwork). Can play physical. Eventual replacement for the role Okposo plays on the team right now (skill on the ice, not in the locker room)? At best his potential 'skill' level might be a blend of someone like if you could average out the good and the bad of 'current' Okposo with Marcus Foligno? Someone correct me if I'm way off base here. 1 Quote

dudacek Posted March 3, 2023 Report Posted March 3, 2023 Big, big dude, good defensively too. Young enough to stick around, 2 more years at 3 per. Great fit as 3rd line winger, changes the mix up front nicely. 2nd is fair value. Hope it’s not the Philly pick. 3 Quote

If he ends up on 4W we'll all be disappointed, except that he will win board battles and provide pushback. But a 3W with Feisty Krebs next season? That could be fun. PerreaultForever Posted March 3, 2023 Report Posted March 3, 2023 We finally made a move................and it's actually a good one. This guy is a good player with plenty of grit and truculence. Thompson knows him, Granato knows him, he will fit in perfectly either playing beside Krebs on a checking line or toughening up one of the scoring lines. Worst case he fills out and upgrades one of the 4th line spots if we move on from Kyle and Girgs next year. Exactly (one of) the thing(s) we needed. 8 2 Quote
