I agree. I just don’t see them making it in and I wouldn’t be risking losing a trade at this stage. Lots of teams overpay at this time but only one team wins it all.

This summer will be interesting I believe.

I didn’t expect Adams to do anything and I honestly don’t expect him to make any big moves at the draft or off season.  They’re all going to be littlw fish they feel they can develop into something. The Stillman move is a perfect example. A mediocre somewhat physical defenseman they think they can make better in their system.

Don't expect big moves either. I do expect moves to upgrade our defense/goaltending. Could see players like VO or Girgenson being moved if one considers that a big move.

The excuse "We're building our team now without sacrificing our future" plays just as well in the off season as it does at the trading deadline.
