im almost glad they lost.   
 

for a guy who is supposedly a stickler for details.  McDermott sure messes a lot of them up in crunch time

12 men out on the field is symbolic of the terrible coaching that has cost us a championship run and held this team back.  There is no coming back from this.  Heads have to roll and start over. Peyton had his team ready in every way. McDermott did not.

What an absolute mess of a team.

They absolutely gave that game to Denver. 

I don’t know if Allen can lead a team anywhere. Just a mess in big games and big moments.

They need a new coach who sits Allen down and says “you don’t get a say. I’m bringing in the best OC we can and you will follow his lead.”

There is clearly some sort of internal "culture" problem. McDermott can not keep things together, Diggs stomps around like a little kid on the verge of a tantrum, Josh lately looks like he was told the night before he was going to be a father by a woman whose first name he is unsure of, and there are a large handful of princesses who parade into the stadium in outfits that must take a lot of focus to select, tailor and acquire.
