So this is the part of the game where Boston gets to board and set picks on us for no calls. Let’s just forget every time a Sabre looked to get physical last period it was a penalty.

All sports that can be bet on are fixed in some way, officiating is the way in the NHL.

They're not skating extra steps to make the extra hits/bumps, and they're not scrumming after every whistle, but they grabbing and setting picks and fully engaged in playoff-level energy. The hope is the Sabres get them a touch more desperate and out-of-sorts and break it open. That would show us how far this Sabres team has come. One of those quick 2-goal bursts.

I was just thinking about the playoff style of play. 

They are fully engaged in, the refs won't, can't call em all strategy for sure.
