Well, at least the team has 7 wins under their belt. They won’t go winless this season. But man, the Sabres have been a decade long enigma. Look pretty good, then lose 8-10 in a row. Then maybe they’ll look pretty good again,  then lose like 7 of the next 8.  Just a bizarre franchise.

Put Andreychuk back in front and pepper the net from the point.  All this possession time is fantastic except they get one shot per PP from Thompson and that's it

You are absolutely correct. Instead of simple passes to their teammates they attempt to make low percentage fancy passes that get intercepted.

It's crazy. But teams figure them out and then it's all down hill, and this hill is pretty dam elevated, 11 years and still hitting top speeds going down.

Sabres need to find out if Toews is available.  Not sure what he’d cost. But be a leader who “really”. knows how to win. Plus he’s over 60% on face offs

Tuch is a good player but he needs to use his size more. He is just flying by guys, not finishing them.
