French Collection Posted November 15, 2022 Report Posted November 15, 2022 I guess KO and Quinn are out. Maybe Sheahan draws in with Girgs and Hiney on a “true” 4th line. Quote
Stoner Posted November 15, 2022 Report Posted November 15, 2022 Did Kevyn tell/ask Terry about this? Serious question. Quote

Expecting that to be the case, but who knows. Disappointing they didn't consider any of the kids for the call up. Of course, if they did bring up a kid & he were to make a rookie mistake costing them another game, this place might be unreadable. 1 Quote

inkman Posted November 15, 2022 Report Posted November 15, 2022 This is exactly what I was expecting 13 minutes ago, Taro T said: Hoping Sheahan is the guy rolling in & Bjork is just there as the spare. Bjork has stood out more (albeit he’s played more games) but he’s definitely looked better between the two. Quote

Weissbach is more of what they have except he doesn’t have the shot of Quinn or Olofsson nor the playmaking of Krebs or Peterka. And he’s smaller than all of them. Rousek, OTOH, will get his chance. He’s looked good. Has size, plays intensely and has as much skill as Weissbach. 1 1 Quote
GoPuckYourself Posted November 15, 2022 Report Posted November 15, 2022 What does this Bjork fella have on our GM KA that he's still in a Sabres/Americans uniform? Quote
Buffalonill Posted November 15, 2022 Report Posted November 15, 2022 Really ? Now that's a wasted call up Quote

Sheahan gets to play and Bjork gets to watch Paul Hamilton stuff his face. No sense exposing an impressionable youngin to that sort of horror. 2 Quote

thewookie1 Posted November 15, 2022 Report Posted November 15, 2022 Boring but makes sense not to add yet another youngster trying to figure out the NHL when we have no clue how long he’d even get to try. Quote
Claude Balls Posted November 15, 2022 Report Posted November 15, 2022 Aaaannnd just like that, the Sabres get even worse. Quote

On the night Jokiharju rejoins the lineup & Samuelsson starts full practices,we really believe that Sheahan replacing Quinn and Bjork getting to report back in painful detail about Hamilton's gastronomic excesses makes the Sabres worse than they were situated on Saturday night? When the front office refuses to even try to get them some backend help, even guys on waivers, what difference does it make? They clearly aren't interested in competing now so let the kid play a couple games. Quote
Claude Balls Posted November 16, 2022 Report Posted November 16, 2022 Thank God, they are the reason the Sabres won, right?? Oh wait Quote
