They need to draft players who play with an edge vs. being timid on the ice.  It gets frustrating how many times they get rid of the puck and turn away to avoid getting hit.  They don't go to the hard areas of the zone.  They need to draft young players who WANT to play a physical game.

Biggest issue there is finding players who are truly willing to play tough and aren't just benefitting from their superior size in lower leagues.
