That's the most depressing analysis of an 8-3 win I've ever seen.

Sabres now have the 3rd best goal differential in the NHL.  They’re at a +12. 

This team is different.  Much different.  It’s finally coming together.  The Sabres are so fun to watch.

Now this really is a happy Halloween.  Nightmare third for the Red Wings.  The fact that his Sabres team can score is a far cry of what it was a couple years ago.  On pace to score over 300 goals.

Big difference from a few years ago when they stars strong but really it was hot goaltending 

btw… wings broadcast is very complementary to the Sabres.  Through the game and in post game

What an amazing game by Thompson.  His last goal maybe the goal of the year.  

Dear NHL journalists, just because Stevie Y signs 40 free agents, it doesn’t mean his team will be automatically better than a young developing team.
