Mittelstadt enters the zone on a rush on the power play and stops skating at the half wall thereby allowing Montreal to set up in the zone for the PK. He needs to take that rush to the net

Same. But I don’t live in Buffalo any more. Live in the south. When I was growing up there in the 60s and 70s, after the Sabres began, I had to know someone to go to a game. Every single game was sold out and standing room only. Going to a game was an enormous win for a fan. I know the culture has changed significantly but still would be nice to see them consistently get 90%. (We had season Tix to the Bills who also sold out or were close to it).

They might actually do better to lower the prices and get closer to a sellout (you know, function like a market) and they would also get more concessions. It would help the team with a loud crowd. Heck, give tix away or sell them at a discount if someone doesn’t show up. Don’t need to sell out but find a way to do better.

Welcome back!

It's not price keeping people away. Some games are $29.

I'm kinda over Mittelstadt.

Surprised the primary and secondary assists on Skinner's goal aren't reversed - to my eye Tuch doesn't touch it after Quinn flips it over. But even if he didn't, Tuch was the guy who passed it over to Quinn

Comrie is the real deal. Moves around well, almost always in good position and tracks the puck well. Tuesday was an anomaly with the D constantly hanging him out to dry.

My biggest concern with this team right now is the power play. It's a total sludge fart.

Boy, the absence of Samuelsson and Jokiharu is really obvious.

Yep, we are going to struggle until they are healthy again. It showed in Seattle and it’s showing here.

Another good period… Glad Skinner got the monkey off his back… Comrie play solid… PP getting shots and on goal..
