Doohicksie Posted September 17, 2022 Report Posted September 17, 2022 So do we get SHL games as part of ESPN+? 😄 Quote
Two or less Posted September 17, 2022 Report Posted September 17, 2022 This is awesome news, essp if more of the prospects move up to the SHL at some point this season from their junior teams. As of now, looks like William von Barnekow (Malmo Redhawks) and Linus Sjödin (Rogle) are the only two who will start the season in the SHL. Their season starts tomorrow btw. Quote
Two or less Posted September 17, 2022 Report Posted September 17, 2022 I just checked espn+ to see which games will they air tomorrow and no games are posted for tomorrow. lol Quote
Doohicksie Posted September 17, 2022 Report Posted September 17, 2022 The deal has been announced but is there a date for implementation? Quote

Today? You're right. There are no games listed on any ESPN channel just yet. "The 2022-23 Swedish Hockey League season is set to get underway tomorrow, September 17th. A trio of games will kick-off the day at 3:15 p.m. Swedish time/9:15 a.m. Eastern. IK Oskarshamn will take on Vaxjo, Rogle BK will face Brynas IF and Frolunda HC battle Timra IK."
