the story of the adjustment following his neck/head/brain injury is bonkers.

Also incredibly creepy in how his mind suddenly craved a smoothie he hadn't had in almost a decade and then mentally wanted to fix everything.

Damn good interview. The majority of the questions were solid. It would’ve been interesting if he dove in a little bit more about prior GM’s or coaches of the Sabres. Solid grade A.

Not a fan of Biz, but dropping a $750k rif on KO was strong.

Yea Biz is a major douche bag in my opinion. Ugly personality. But yea, a funny comment about $750,000 players.

KO gave a great interview. His concussion issues had more to do with mental health than physical health. He’s come a long way.

He is a strong person and it sounds like his wife was a tremendous help in getting him back to where he is now.

I liked the story of his High School days when he scored 20 points one weekend while on the bantam team. Crosby was on the senior team and had scored 15. Sid was so competitive he went out and scored 25 the following weekend to beat KO.

Makes me want to go get Toews and his 10.5 cap hit and let him play 4th line center with Okposo and Girgs.  Really would be a great leader for the kids.

It is only $2.9 million in real money since his bonus has already been paid by Chicago.

Trade Chicago Bishop cap hit at $4.9 to keep them above the floor. Real money is $2.5 million.

Not sure what else Chicago would want back in trade.

Either you are playing it close to the vest or your political leanings are fairly transparent. 😀

I felt fairly dumb for not knowing that RORs nickname was Factor.  I feel even dumber for not getting the reference to my political leanings.

Aaaaaand…… I just got it.

Damn, I’m dumb.

I wish I had never heard this interview. The business with the chiropractor adjusting his bones to stop a seizure is just bizarre. Lastly, neither the Sabres nor the CBA were stopping Jack from having the surgery he wanted. It’s sad that narrative still exists.

Just wondering, why do you wish you’d never heard it?
